Clients who have purchased photography services receive personal use rights to their delivered images. Commercial or editorial use requires written consent and may incur additional licensing fees.

3. Booking and Payments

Booking photography services is handled through our client management system (Dubsado). All proposals, retainers, and contracts are provided electronically and must be signed and paid as outlined in your individual agreement.

Retainers are non-refundable, non-transferable unless otherwise stated in your signed contract. Remaining balances and deliverables follow the terms of your signed client agreement. Please refer to your specific contract for details regarding payment schedules, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

4. Communication

By submitting your contact information through our website, you consent to receive emails related to your inquiry, booking, or project. If you opt into our newsletter or marketing updates, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email or contacting studio@cassiecastellaw.com.

5. Client Galleries and Deliverables

Client photo galleries are hosted via Pic-Time, a third-party platform. While we take care to ensure galleries remain accessible, Cassie Castellaw Photography LLC is not responsible for outages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by Pic-Time or other third-party vendors. We recommend clients download and back up all delivered files to their own secure storage.

6. AI Tools and Creative Process

Some aspects of our creative workflow may involve the use of trusted AI-assisted tools, including ImagenAI, Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and ChatGPT. These tools assist with tasks such as color grading, straightening, and refining written communication.

Client images may be securely uploaded to ImagenAI to apply Cassie’s personal editing profile and improve workflow efficiency. ImagenAI’s system uses these uploads only to refine Cassie’s personal editing preferences and does not make client images publicly available. All final edits, selections, and communications are personally reviewed, adjusted, and approved by Cassie to ensure that every deliverable reflects the studio’s artistic standards and creative intent.

Client data handled by AI-assisted tools remains confidential and is subject to each platform’s privacy and security policies.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all information on this website—including pricing, descriptions, and availability—is accurate and up to date.
However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.
