Park Slope Engagement Photos | Brooke + Jayce

Earlier this summer, Brooke received an anonymous flower delivery at work, which Jayce denied was from him. Every following hour, another bouquet was delivered, which raised suspicions. On the seventh hour, a messenger delivered the largest bouquet of them all, along with a letter from Jayce (cue the waterfalls!). In the letter Jayce told Brooke to meet him on the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, where he dropped down on one knee (in the rain!) and presented Brooke with a gorgeous round cut diamond on a thin rose gold band, and asked her to be his wife. She, of course, said yes!

I love the locations where Brooke chose to have their engagement portraits made. While dating, they spent the most time together in Prospect Park, walking down Carroll Street, on Jayce's amazing rooftop that overlooks Manhattan, and Community Bookstore.

On a side note: This engagement session is close to my heart. Brooke was the very first friend I made when I moved to New York in 2011. It was such an honor to capture the love, excitement and silliness between my friend and her sweet fiancé. You two are seriously a perfect match. I wish you both all the love and happiness in the world!
